These terms govern your use of Sangatiya, a platform for discovering, joining, creating, and communicating within travel groups and travel communities.

Important: Sangatiya helps people connect around travel. It cannot guarantee the conduct of every user. Users should use reasonable caution, independently verify plans, and make their own travel decisions.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
You may not use Sangatiya if you are prohibited from using the platform under applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with local laws and travel requirements.

2. Account Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including name, contact details, bio, travel preferences, and group information.
You agree not to create fake profiles, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity, plans, or intentions.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Respectful Community Conduct

Users must behave respectfully when communicating, creating groups, joining plans, and interacting with other members.
Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, scams, spam, fake profiles, fraud, and illegal activities are prohibited.
Do not send unwanted messages, pressure users to participate, or request sensitive personal or financial information.

4. Travel Decisions and User Interactions

Sangatiya helps connect travelers, but users are responsible for their own travel decisions, interactions, meetings, and participation.
Users should independently verify travel arrangements, costs, transportation, accommodations, organizers, and itinerary details before participating.
Use personal judgment when meeting people, sharing information, making payments, or joining any travel activity.

5. Payments, Agreements, and Disputes Between Users

The platform is not responsible for private agreements, financial transactions, refunds, promises, or disputes between users.
Avoid sending money outside trusted channels and verify details independently before making any commitment.
Sangatiya may review reports related to misuse, but cannot guarantee outcomes for user-to-user disputes.

6. Reports, Restrictions, and Account Removal

We review reports and may take appropriate action when content, groups, messages, or accounts appear to violate our policies.
Appropriate action may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account removal.
We may preserve information when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute review, or platform integrity.

7. Platform Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
We strive to maintain a useful and reliable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Sangatiya after changes means you accept the updated terms.
